SPARK Membership

Annual Full Membership Fee:	$800.00
Full Membership - is open to insurance companies, banks, benefits consultants, third party administrators, investment managers, mutual fund managers and other organizations that administer and/or keep records and/or manage assets for defined contribution plan sponsors and their participants.
Annual Vendor Membership Fee:	$800.00
Vendor Membership - is open to software systems providers and other support companies providing participant and/or plan level communications and services not referenced for Full Membership.
Annual Adjunct Membership Fee:	$100.00
Adjunct Members - any individual who is an owner or employee of a Full Member or Vendor Member company, or a wholly owned subsidiary of a Full Member or Vendor Member company, or of a company that shares a common parent with the member company.

Company membership (either Full or Vendor) entitles the member company to designate one person as the Primary Member to represent the company and receive membership benefits, publications and services. Additional people from the same company may join as Adjunct Members. Adjunct Members have the same rights and privileges as the Full or Vendor company member with whom they are affiliated.
